Greater Allegheny sophomore Sam Ligeros has been named this week's PSUAC Student-Athlete of the Week for baseball as a pitcher. The second-year Lion earned his first two collegiate wins on the bump after showing out in a little over eight innings through four games. With one complete game, the lefty dished out seven strikes, while walking three to first base, with an overall ERA of 2.16.
