Greater Allegheny sophomore Rachel Ramsey has been named this week's PSUAC Student-Athlete of the Week for women's cross country. In her one race, Ramsey placed first overall with a 5k time of 21:43. Her time shaved 16 seconds off the Greater Allegheny course record, a record which she also owned. Ramsey has also been named this week's USCAA Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the third time this season.
